Instead of a complete PLR article, the “Article Starters” are just what it says — ideas to start an article. An idea for a beginning and an ending plus a list of suggestions in between for you to research and write your own article.
Yes, I said write your own article. But, in this case, you have the basic outline of an article. Yes, these article starters take some work. Actually it is not more work than rewriting.
